Do I need a Club Coterie Account? +

It's not essential, but we would love to have you as a member. Opening a membership account allows you to breeze through checkout, manage your orders and access exclusive content and updates from Club Coterie.

What forms of payments do Club Coterie accept? +

At present, we accept payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address. Support for additional payment methods will be extended in the near future.

Is my payment information secure? +

Absolutely. All orders are encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) This encrypts your personal information including credit card number, name, and address. For your own security, we do not store your payment information. All orders are processed with Stripe - certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

How do partners get paid? +

We use Stripe for this too. Once an order is placed we hold your payment with Stripe and keep it here until the partner has confirmed and dispatched your order. Only then will your card be charged and payment released to the partner. 

How can I check the status of an order? +

With ease. Simply log in to your account and navigate to your orders page. Alongside confirmation of your order, you will see its status. Once an order is placed, it will be automatically given the status of 'processing'. Once the partner has dispatched your order, it will be marked as 'shipped.' You will also be be able to check on this status if you have requested a refund.

Can I cancel an order? +

If you need to cancel an order, you will need to do so before the partners dispatches your item(s). All products have an estimated dispatch time - this is the time in which to email [email protected] and request a cancellation. However, please note, our partners are pretty swift when it comes to dispatching products and we may not be able to reach them before you order is dispatched.

How does Club Coterie handle returns? +

Each partner has their own returns policy. This can be viewed on the partners profile page. Club Coterie does not handle returns directly, but we will work with you and the partner to seek a resolution. It is at the direction of the partner when deciding whether to issue a refund.

Which countries do you ship to? +

We're currently flying the flag for UK based partners and therefore do not offer shipping elsewhere. However, we are actively working on partnerships in the U.S, Europe and Asia and hope to offer international shipping soon. Watch this space.

How does shipping work with Club Coterie? +

When you place an order, we notify the partner and they will begin processing your item(s) in due course. Shipping options have been specified by the partner themselves and can be viewed on the 'shipping' tab as found on a products page.

Can I order multiple items from different partners? +

Yes, you can. But you will need to checkout separately when ordering from multiple partners. The reasons  for this are twofold, firstly it allows you to use different payment information for each order and secondly, it streamlines the process of transferring funds to partners. This is where being a Club Coterie member is useful as you can save multiple addresses to use for both shipping and billing purposes.
